New Single “What’s Left” Live March 21st!
Melbourne-based singer-songwriter Shani Weiss is back with her highly anticipated second single, What’s Left — arrived March 21, 2025 — a release that deeply aligns with Harmony Day, Australia’s celebration of cultural diversity.
What’s Left is more than a song — it’s a folk-inspired letter to transition, courage, and identity. Written just one week before Shani and her young family made the life-altering decision to leave Israel and start anew in Australia, this track captures the raw emotions of letting go and embracing the unknown.
Just a few suitcases, a guitar, a pram — and the unshakable belief in a new beginning.
“I wrote ‘What’s Left’ during one of the most overwhelming moments of my life,” says Shani. “I was surrounded by boxes, to-do lists, and the bittersweet ache of saying goodbye. It became my way of processing that chaos — the loss, the hope, the deep love I had for what I was leaving behind.”
Following the success of her debut single All About Life — which saw a sold-out launch at Melbourne’s iconic Espy, international radio airplay, and Artist of the Month nods — Shani continues to soar.
She’s received back-to-back Outstanding Achievement of the Year awards from @rsomelbourne, and is also the voice behind Indie Spotlight Melbourne on @jair_radio 88FM, where she uplifts local artists across the city’s thriving music scene.
With What’s Left, Shani cements her place as a rising voice in global folk-pop — and a storyteller who reminds us that music can carry us through life’s biggest crossroads.
Be sure to stream and support! Let’s show her some PBG love!
